Business Development Manager Required For Retail Showroom. Candidate Should Have Good Communication And Sales Skills, Handle Customer Dealing, Generate Business Leads, And Achieve Sales Targets. Experience In Automobile/Tyre Industry Preferred. Salary + Incentives. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Target achievement, Customer handling, Presentation, Local market knowledge
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A self-motivated, target-driven attitude

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
