Mortbuzz Solutions India Private Limited is looking for a Call Quality Analyst to join its team in Hadapsar, Pune. There are 2 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Monitor And Evaluate Inbound And Outbound Calls, Emails, Or Chat Interactions Assess Agent Performance Based On Predefined Quality Parameters Provide Constructive Feedback And Coaching To Customer Service Representatives Identify Trends, Gaps, And Training Needs Based On Call Audits Ensure Compliance With Company Policies And Regulatory Requirement.

Your responsibilities

As a Call Quality Analyst, your work will include:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, Target achievement, CRM and Presentation
• Male Only

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
