Your responsibilities

As a Telecaller Home Loan Processing, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound, Real Estate and Sales
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone polite and calm under pressure
