Handle Daily Back-Office Operations And Administrative Tasks.Perform Data Entry And Maintain Accurate Records In Excel.Prepare Quotations, Invoices, Bills, And Costing Sheets.Update Vehicle Inventory, Customer Details, And Sales Records.Prepare Daily Reports And Maintain Data.Coordinate With Showroom Staff, Workshop Teams, Vendors. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing, Record keeping, Basic accounting and MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
