Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Lead For Portfolio Management Services (Pms), Also Responsible For Direct Sales Of Mutual Funds. Responsible For Cross Sale Product Like Mf Insurance And Pms. Type : Sales, Outbound, Mutual Funds | Marketing | Languages : Tamil, English | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Key responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Skills and qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Marketing, Mutual Funds, Outbound, Real Estate, Sales and Tamil
