Salary

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Record Management
• Female Only
• Good English
