Mudrax Capital Solutions Private Limited wants to bring on an Hr Executive (Immediate Joiner) for its Sector 4 - Noida, Delhi team. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Labour law basics, Payroll and HRMS
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and people-oriented

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
