Mukunda Shiva & Associates is looking for a Front Office Executive to join its team in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Front Office Executive, your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Record keeping, Data entry and Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, dependable attitude

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
