Compensation

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Recruitment, Screening, Labour law basics, HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and people-oriented
