Multitek Technologies is looking for an Hr Admin Executive to join its team in New Ashok Nagar, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹22,000/month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Screening, Labour law basics, Payroll, HRMS
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
