Accounting Assistant

Mundada Fetewale wants to bring on an Accounting Assistant for its Raviwar Peth, Pune team. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Note from the employer

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bank reconciliation, Accounts payable, TDS and Tally
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, confidential attitude

Roles and responsibilities

• You will support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
