Day-to-day work

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Candidate profile

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing, Procurement, Quotation Management and Record Management
