My Equity School has an opening for a Tele Sales Executive based in Viman Nagar, Pune. There are 30 open positions. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

What you get

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
