My Money Mantra is looking for a Receptionist to join its team in Sector 2 - Noida, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Email etiquette, MS Office, Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
