Generate Leads Through Calls, Site Visits, Walk-Ins, And References Explain Property Details To Clients (Flats, Plots, Commercial Properties)Arrange And Conduct Site Visit Understand Customer Requirements And Suggest Suitable Property Negotiate Pricing And Close Deals Maintain Follow-Ups With Prospects Until Closure Coordinate With Internal Team For Documentation And Booking Process Update Daily Sales Records And Crm Achieve Monthly Sales Targetsrequtired Qualification:Minimum 12Th Pass / Graduatedmba / Sales Background Preferred (Not Mandatory)Skills Required:Good Communication & Convincing Skills Basic Knowledge Of Real Estate Market Customer Handling Skillstarget-Oriented Approachability To Work In Field Sales. Roles and responsibilities

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
