Accounting & Bookkeeping 1.Maintain Daily Accounting Records And Entries. 2.Record Sales, Purchases, Receipts, And Payments. 3.Reconcile Bank Accounts And Cash Transactions. 4.Maintain Ledgers, Journals, And Financial Statements. 5.Generate Customer Invoices And Payment Receipts. 6.Track Outstanding Payments And Follow Up With Customers. 7.Process Vendor Bills And Payments. 8.Maintain Inventory Accounting Records. 9.Verify Stock Valuations And Movement Records. 10.Coordinate With Stores And Sales Departments.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• You will process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• You will support month-end closing and financial reporting.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, MS Excel, Bank reconciliation
• Basic English
