We Are Looking For An Operations Executive To Handle Day-To-Day Mutual Fund Operations And Client Servicing. Responsibilities Include Processing Sips, Purchases, Redemptions And Switches, Coordinating With Clients For Kyc, Documents And Approvals, Maintaining Client Records, Preparing Excel Reports, Following Up On Transactions And Coordinating With Cams, Kfintech, Amcs And Nse. Candidates Should Have Good Communication Skills, Basic Computer/Excel Knowledge, Attention To Detail And A Willingness To Learn. Freshers Are Welcome And Training Will Be Provided. Candidates With Mutual Fund Or Financial Services Experience Will Have An Advantage. Basic Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
