The Role Involves Interacting With Customers Who Have Applied For Or Shown Interest In Financial Products Such As Loans. Candidates Will Assist Customers, Provide Product Guidance, And Connect Them With Suitable Banks Or Financial Institutions. Type : Sales, Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

• You are patient and calm under pressure

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
