The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Procurement Of Construction Materials, Vendor Coordination, Rate Negotiation, Purchase Order Processing, And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Materials For Project Execution. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Record Management, Advanced Excel, Quotation Management, Handling Invoices

What the job involves

As a Purchase Executive (Real Estate), your work will include:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
