N.V Royal Caterers & Events wants to bring on an Office Admin Assistant for its Chopasani Housing Board, Jodhpur team. Salary is up to ₹12,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Typing, Record keeping and Email etiquette
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and dependable
