This Role Ensures Smooth And Efficient Hr Operations While Promoting A Positive Workplace Culture.1. Recruitment & Onboarding2. Hr Operation. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
