Hr Manager

Naksh Technology Solution Llp is looking for an Hr Manager to join its team in Nikol, Ahmedabad. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Screening, Recruitment, Labour law basics, HRMS
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, people-oriented attitude

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
