• Good knowledge of Bengali, Domestic, English, Hindi, Outbound and Sales

Day-to-day work

• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Salary

Compensation: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
