Back Office Executive

Naman Sakuja (Nn Auto Solution) is hiring a Back Office Executive in Janak Puri, Delhi. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel
• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
