Nanak Finserv has an opening for an Office Secretary based in Nana Mava Road, Rajkot. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Computer Mein Data Entry Karna Hain. Handling Calls. Documentation And Filing Work. Taking Care Of The Boss Daily Routine. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Email etiquette, Typing and Record keeping
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and dependable

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
