Description:We Are Looking For A Smart, Polite, Responsible And Customer-Friendly Receptionist To Manage Our Homeopathy Pharmacy & Clinic.Key Responsibilities:- Welcome Patients And Handle Enquiries.- Schedule Doctor Appointments And Maintain Patient Records.- Handle Phone Calls And Whatsapp Enquiries.- Manage Billing, Payments And Daily Cash Reports.- Assist With Pharmacy Sales, Stock Records And Inventory Coordination.- Follow Up With Patients And Maintain Customer Relationships.- Maintain Reception Cleanliness And Daily Reports.Qualifications & Skills:- Puc Any Degree.- Basic Computer Knowledge And Billing Software Skills.- Good Communication In Kannada And English.- Previous Clinic, Hospital Or Pharmacy Experience Preferred.- Freshers May Also Apply. Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Data entry, Typing and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, detail-oriented attitude
