Nanhe Di Hatti is looking for a Counter Sales to join its team in Janipur, Jammu. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month. There are 2 open positions.

Assist Customers In Selecting Products And Provide Excellent In-Store Service. Handle Transactions, Stock Shelves, And Maintain A Clean Retail Space. Monitor Sales Trends And Report Customer Feedback. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, Presentation, CRM and Negotiation
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
