Prepare And Issue Invoices To Customers Accurately And On Time. Maintain Billing Records. Verify Billing Data And Correct Any Discrepancies. Coordinate With The Accounts And Sales Teams For Billing-Related Queries. Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bank reconciliation, MS Excel, Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
