We Are Looking For A Motivated Sales Executive To Join Our Dsa Team For Personal Loan Sales. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Leads, Coordinating With Customers, Explaining Loan Products, Collecting Required Documents, And Closing Loan Cases Through Partner Banks/Nbfcs. The Role Requires Good Communication Skills, Basic Understanding Of Financial Products, And The Ability To Work With Lead Sources Such As Referrals And Dsas. Candidates With Experience In Loan Sales, Banking, Or Financial Services Will Be Preferred. Type : Sales | Languages : English, Hindi, Marathi

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Marathi and Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
