* Welcome And Greet Clients And Visitors In A Professional And Friendly Manner.* Answer, Screen, And Forward Phone Calls To The Concerned Department Or Advocate.* Manage Appointment Scheduling, Maintain The Advocates Daily Calendar, And Coordinate Client Meetings.* Maintain Records Of Client Visits, Calls, And Inquiries For Office Reference.*. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, MS Office, Basic accounting and Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and detail-oriented

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
