Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹11,000 – ₹11,500 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Typing speed, CRM tools, Hindi and English, Complaint handling
