Salary

Day-to-day work
Your main tasks will be to:
- Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
- Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
- You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
- You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
- Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
Skills and qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Education: 12th Pass
- Good knowledge of Hindi
- Basic English
- 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
- Languages: Hindi
- Someone customer-first and polite
