National Legal Dispute Solutions is looking for a Collection Manager to join its team in Mangalwar Peth, Pune. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management.

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Compliance, Documentation, MS Excel, KYC
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are detail-oriented and persuasive

Day-to-day work

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
