Billing Executive

Nature Agro products is looking for a Billing Executive to join its team in Medavakkam, Chennai. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions.

Day-to-day work

As a Billing Executive, your work will include:

• You will track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• You'll support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers

Salary

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of TDS, Bank reconciliation, Tally and GST
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A numerate, organised attitude
