Call Patients For Appointment Confirmation, Follow-Up And Post-Consultation Communication Coordinate With Patients Regarding Opd Visits, Investigations, Procedures And Surgeries Maintain And Update Patient Records, Follow-Up Details And Daily Calling Reports Follow Up With Patients After Consultation/Surgery And Assist Them With Their Queries Take Patient Feedback And Coordinate For Genuine Google/Hospital Reviews Handle Patient Calls And Whatsapp Communication Professionally Coordinate Between Patients, Doctors, Hospital Staff And Departments Assist In Appointment Scheduling And Reminders Follow Up With Patients Who Have Not Visited/Continued Their Treatment Help Patients Understand Basic Hospital Processes. Advertising, Selling

Roles and responsibilities

• Track campaign performance and optimise for leads and cost
• Support events, promotions and brand activations
• Plan and run campaigns across social, search and offline channels
• You'll report results with clear, actionable insights.
