Field Sales Executive

Navagruha Infra Developers Pvt Ltd has an opening for a Field Sales Executive based in Nagole, Hyderabad. 4 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

We Are Looking For Experienced Real Estate Sales Executives With 14 Years Of Direct Field Sales Experience, Preferably In Open Plots, Plotting Projects, Or Residential Land Sales.Key Responsibilities: Conduct Site Visits, Explain Plot Dimensions, Layout Advantages, Connectivity, Amenities And Approvals Such As Hmda/Dtcp/Rera. Follow Up With Leads, Schedule Site Visits, Negotiate Within Approved Pricing, Close Bookings And Maintain The Sales Pipeline. Work With Channel Partners, Brokers And Agents, And Support Booking Documentation And Post-Sales Coordination.Requirements: Excellent Communication, Negotiation And Interpersonal Skills. Graduate In Any Discipline. Telugu With Conversational English/Hindi Preferred. Valid Driving License And Own Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Should Have : Bike | License

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Bike, License
• Basic English
• Own bike
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Should Have: Bike
• License
