Naveen (Fresh Zone 24) has an opening for a Billing Executive based in Sector 49 - Gurgaon, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹16,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

As a Billing Executive, your work will include:

• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation

What you get

Compensation: ₹16,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bank reconciliation, MS Excel, Accounts receivable, Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A numerate, accurate attitude
