Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. Excellent Follow Up Skills. Should Be Able To Use Ms Office Excel & Ms Word. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Basic accounting, MS Office and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
