Handle Support Functions Like Data Entry, Record Management, And Report Preparation(Attendance Sheet/. Ensure Efficient Documentation And Maintain Workflow Accuracy. Track Stock Levels Of Raw Materials, Consumables, And Finished Goods. Raise Purchase Requisitions For Items Reaching Reorder Levels To Avoid Shortages. Knoledge Of Autocad Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, MS Power Point, Internet Surfing, MS Word | Skills Needed : Email

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
