Maintain Professional Communication Through Phone Calls And Whatsapp. Achieve Daily Follow-Up And Lead Management Targets While Maintaining Service Quality. Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound
