NB Entrepreneurs wants to bring on a Customer Relationship Executive for its Kamptee Road, Nagpur team. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Customer & Client Management: Build Relationships With Customers, Distributors, Retailers, And Corporate Clients; Handle Queries, Complaints, And Service Requests.Order & Sales Coordination: Coordinate Orders, Dispatch, Deliveries, Payments, Lead Follow-Ups, And Support The Sales Team With Account Management. Client Servicing & Reporting: Maintain. Type : Sales | Languages : Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Sales
• Good English

Salary and benefits
