NBM Consultants is looking for a Debt Recovery Agent to join its team in Andheri East, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹50,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
• A detail-oriented, trustworthy attitude

Salary

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
