Ncc Associates is looking for a Collection Telecaller to join its team in Residency Road, Bengaluru. There are 4 open positions. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management.

Your responsibilities

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Skills: MS Excel, Customer acquisition, KYC, Documentation
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are ethical and persuasive
