Nedisha Group is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join its team in Dichaon Kalan, Delhi. There are 10 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹18,000/month.

Handle Customer Calls, Collect Service Feedback, Promote Amc And Spare Parts, Manage Indiamart Leads And Forward Them To The Concerned Team, Coordinate Spare Parts Orders, Maintain Stock And Store Inventory, Update Customer And Lead Records, And Support Sales, Service, And Dispatch For Timely Customer Assistance. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, Outbound, Sales | Languages : Hindi, English

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate

• Good English
