Business Development Associate

Neela Finance Solutions is looking for a Business Development Associate to join its team in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹28,000/month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Salary

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
