Front Desk Receptionist

Neelam Mittal is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Sector 63 - Noida, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Typing, Basic accounting, Record keeping, Data entry
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and well spoken

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
