A new Executive Assistant role is open at Nem Chand Jain & Sons, Deva Ram Park,Tri Nagar, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, MS Office, Basic accounting and Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and well spoken
