Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Procurement
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, MS Word, Quotation Management, Record Management, Procurement, Handling Invoices, MS Power Point
• Skills Needed: Computer, Tally, Email
• You are dependable and well spoken

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What the job involves

• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
