Handle Day-To-Day Back-Office Operations Related To Accounting And Documentation.Manage Client Communication Via Phone, Email, And Chat In A Professional Manner.Maintain Accurate Records Of Financial Transactions And Prepare Basic Accounting Reports.Coordinate With Internal Teams To Ensure Smooth Operations And Timely Delivery Of Services. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Accounts receivable, MS Excel, TDS and Bank reconciliation
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and accurate

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
