Prepare Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Reports Using Excel. Collect Data From Different Departments Or Teams. Update And Maintain Excel Sheets With Correct And Up-To-Date Information. Use Excel Tools Like Vlookup, Pivot Tables, If Formulas, Etc., To Analyze Data. Create Dashboards And Charts For Easy Understanding Of Reports. Check Data Mistakes. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing, MS Word, > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Email

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing, MS Word, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• Skills Needed: Email
• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
